Yes — we design and fabricate custom applications. If you have a special requirement (size, finish, application), we’ll work with you to make it happen.

You reach out with your specifications, we prepare a free quote, you approve, we fabricate with agreed materials and finishing, then deliver or arrange pick-up upon completion.

It depends on the job complexity, custom work, and finishing. Simple domestic jobs may only take a few days; larger or highly customised commercial jobs may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe during quoting.

We use high-quality stainless steel, skilled fabricators, and maintain high standards throughout. If any work is faulty due to our workmanship or materials, we’ll correct it.

Quotes are detailed and provided upfront. For larger or custom jobs, a deposit may be required. The remainder is due on completion. We aim for transparency so no surprise costs.

If your needs change after starting, we’ll discuss impacts on cost and timeline. Any changes will only proceed once you agree. If an issue is due to our work, we correct it without additional cost.

Yes — we work with homeowners, restaurants, hotels, educational and health centres, etc. Whether it’s a kitchen makeover or a large commercial kitchen fit-out, we can handle it.

We want you happy with the result. If there’s something not meeting expectations, get in touch right away. We’ll assess the issue and take steps to redo or repair it where it’s our responsibility.
