Commercial Applications

St Clair Sheetmetal provides a fully comprehensive stainless steel service for all commercial clients. We are experts in fabricating commercial grade stainless steel exhaust canopies, kitchens, benches, cabinets and sinks. If it can be built with stainless steel, our workshop can create it.

Stainless Steel Benches

We offer a tailored service for the fabrication of commercial grade stainless steel benches, with a variety of choices in thickness, finishes (matte through to mirror) and colours (from standard brushed to textured patterns).

All of our standard stainless steel kitchen benches are fabricated in 1.2mm 304 grade (316 for coastal locations) No.4 finish (brushed) stainless steel. An additional 17mm ply substrate is attached to the cabinetry or framework. Bench work can include integrated sinks, splashbacks, shelving, cook top, oven surrounds and island benches.

Stainless Steel Sinks

We are able to source and supply or custom-make high quality stainless steel sinks to be installed into bench tops and food preparation areas. Our stainless steel sinks are designed to provide a solution that is both sleek in design and incredibly hygienic, as it does not allow any area for mould to grow.

We are able to install stainless steel sinks that meet any requirements – whether it needs to be a certain depth, width or shape to suit a particular layout or function. We take pride in making workspaces more functional and can provide insight into the best options and applications to make a more efficient and easy-to-maintain area.

Exhaust Canopies

Our exhaust canopies are fabricated from 1.2mm 304 grade No. 4 finish (brushed) stainless steel, with all external corners welded and polished (made to AS1668.2) and can include filters, lights and drains that are connected to a fan and galvanised ductwork.
